Refund policy
For the safety of our artist community, all sales are final. We take great care to ensure your microblades and pigments arrive sealed and sterilized, so we can not accept returns on usable products.
If an exception is made, a valid receipt is required. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your tool arrives damaged or in a condition that is not entirely perfect, we will replace it, no questions asked.
Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Please send us a picture of the items you wish to return and explain why. This will help us ensure that our other artists receive our tools in perfect condition.
We may also request that the damaged products be shipped back to us. Our Customer Support Team will assist with the return shipment arrangements in this case.
If you need to return your product, please contact us at infonanosupplies@gmail.com. If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking and insurance are advised. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable. If your response is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
