The carbon eyebrow powder is developed to bleach the natural pigment of the eyebrow hairs. Due to the presence of unique complexes and carbon pigments in the composition, the product fully protects the hair structure of the eyebrows and reduces the potential risk of the undesired yellow tone in the bleached hairs.
