EYEBROW MEASURING RULER

Eyebrow ruler can be used for microblading, tattoo, henna, makeup, lash & brow symmetry.  Plastic ruler is designed for precise measurement 0-6 inches ( 0-150mm). Perfect caliper for artists ensuring symmetrical length, shape and placement.  Made of plastic with inlaid metal bar, light weight and smooth plastic surface can be used directly on skin.

Achieve Perfectly Shaped Eyebrows with Precision

Just as your hair needs shaping to complement your face, so do your brows. Even those with naturally beautiful brow shapes can benefit from added definition, ensuring they don’t extend too far past the inner or outer eye, and enhancing the arch for a more polished appearance. Precision measuring is crucial for achieving this effect, as it allows for corrections that open up the eye area and create a balanced, appearance.

The Importance of Brow Mapping

Mapping each point of the brow provides the microblading artist with a detailed template for outlining your new eyebrows. By determining the critical points and connecting them, you form a quadrangle shape that can be filled in to achieve the ideal brow shape. This method ensures eyebrows that perfectly enhance your face, accentuate your eyes, and complement the location of your features. The artist will then add 'hairs' that match your natural brow hairs, creating eyebrows that are symmetrical, well-shaped, and tailored to the ideal thickness and length for you.

How to Map Eyebrows

To create the illusion of symmetry and balance, you need to identify three key points of the brow: the start, the arch, and the end. Here's how to achieve the perfect shape:

  1. Starting Point: The inner edge of the brow should be directly above the dimple of the nose.

  2. Arch Point: The highest point of the brow aligns with a direct line from the edge of the nose through the pupil.

  3. End Point: The outer edge of the brow follows a direct line from the outer edge of the nose past the outer corner of the eye.

Using these reference points along with a brow mapping tool, you can create a customized template that lifts, defines, and balances asymmetry in the eyes.

Step-by-Step Mapping Process

  1. Mapping the Starting Point: Use an Eyebrow Marking & Shape Drawing Pencil and the Brow Mapping Caliper. Position the caliper vertically from the center of the nostril to the top of the brow line, and mark the spot with a vertical line.

  2. Mapping the Arch: Place the caliper vertically at the outside edge of the iris. Where the caliper intersects the top of the brow line, mark the spot for the arch. An ideally positioned arch visually lifts the brow, transforming your face with a refined, elegant, and refreshed look.

  3. Mapping the End Point: Starting from the edge of the nostril, angle the caliper to pass the outer corner of the eye. Mark the intersection point on the brow to ensure it does not extend too far out, which can create a tired or sad expression.
