Thanks to its dense pigmentation and elasticity, the Rizz flow base creates a perfectly even coating after applying the first layer.

Application method:

1. Thoroughly Dehydrate the nail plate using the phBond dehydrator.
2. Apply the acid-free primer Ultrabond to the tip of the nail and wait for the liquid to completely dry.
3. Apply a layer of Rubber base clear base and cure for 30 seconds.
4. Apply one or two layers of Flow Base. Curing time in UV/LED is 60 seconds.
5. Finish with a top coat.
