Permanent paint oxidizer 1.8% — professional product intended for use with eyebrow dye. Provides lasting color for up to 4 weeks, thanks to the content of hydrogen peroxide. This product helps achieve a uniform and rich color while maintaining the structure of the eyebrow hairs.

Use:

1. Cleanse your eyebrows, removing any remaining makeup and impurities.
2. In a non-metallic container, mix eyebrow dye with Permanent oxidizer in a 1:1 ratio.
3. Apply the mixture to clean eyebrows using a brush or applicator.
4. Leave for 10-15 minutes to achieve the desired shade.
5. Rinse off the paint, carefully removing any remaining product.
