HOW TO USE

1) Apply Thuya Eyelash Pre-Smoothing Treatment to clean, dry lashes using a Q-tip or microbrush.

2) Leave on for 2–4 minutes.

3) Remove with a dry cotton swab.

4) Proceed with Step 1 – Thuya Permanent Gel.
