The DE:CO Eyebrow Decolorant Powder by Zola is a unique dual-functional powder designed for two purposes: to lighten your own melanin and to remove accumulated artificial pigment from eyebrow hairs of different types.

When mixed with an oxidizing agent (1.8 and 3%), the powder turns into a homogeneous creamy consistency that is easily distributed by the hairs and does not spread. A special complex based on milk proteins, which is part of the powder, protects the structure of the hair during lightening or removal of artificial pigment.
